The short version. CreatAware needs two things to work: a push token so we can send you a notification, and the list of creators you follow so we know who to notify you about. There is no account, no name, no email. We do not sell your data, run ads, or track you across other apps.

Who we are

CreatAware is a fan-notification app operated by Agile 451 Limited ("we", "us"), the company behind TubeSpanner. This policy covers the CreatAware mobile app. If you reach CreatAware through a creator's public bio page on tspnr.com, that page is part of the same service.

What we collect

CreatAware is designed to hold as little about you as possible. It does not ask you to sign up. What it stores is:

A push token. When you allow notifications, your device gives us a push token (from Apple's APNs, or Google's FCM on Android). We use it only to deliver the notifications you asked for.
A device identifier. A random id generated on your device, so that if your push token changes (for example after reinstalling), your existing follows keep working without you having to re-follow anyone. It is not linked to your identity.
Who you follow, and how. The creators you follow and your per-creator preference (all posts, big posts only, or muted). This is what a notification is checked against.
A basic device label. Something like "CreatAware/ios", so we can tell iOS follows from Android ones for delivery and diagnostics.

What we do not collect

No name, email address, phone number, or account.
No contacts, photos, location, or microphone data. The camera is used only, on device, to read a creator's QR code; the image is never stored or sent.
No advertising identifiers, and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

Only to run the service you see: to deliver a notification when a creator you follow posts, to respect your all / big / muted preference, to open the right creator when you tap a notification, and to show you a history of what you have been notified about. We also keep aggregate counts (for example, how many people follow a creator) so creators can see the size of their audience. Those counts are not tied to you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Notifications are delivered through Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM), which necessarily receive your push token to route the message to your device. Beyond those delivery providers, your follow data stays within our own systems.

Your choices

Mute or unfollow any creator at any time inside the app.
Turn off notifications for CreatAware in your device settings.
Delete the app. Uninstalling stops all notifications; the follow data tied to that device is no longer used and is pruned when its push token stops working.

Keeping it

We keep a follow for as long as you follow that creator. When a push token stops working (you unfollow, uninstall, or the token expires), the associated record is removed. We do not build long-term profiles.

Children

CreatAware is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
